The good thing about a sleep routine is that it prepares your brain for sleep. Once you start the first steps of the routine, your body already knows that it is time to go to bed. As such, you’ll find it easier to go to sleep if you follow the routine day in day out.

All in all, everything in your day to day life should be geared to help you live your best life. You can only live your best life if you take care of yourself and detoxify your body to free it from pain and inflammation. Thus, make the needed changes.
